Would you hold DaVinci’s hand and say wait, stop, don’t paint
today?  Can you tell Einstein to just give up, you’re never gonna
make it work?  Would you look at the Wright brothers and declare
flight impossible? NO?  Then why do we find it so easy to stop
ourselves from doing what we love most, what we believe in that
inspires us and makes our heart sing?  In you not being YOU
the world is deprived of what your unique contribution to the
planet is meant to be. 

In you not BEING you,you deprive yourself of what miracles cane be made manifest in this world. 

Where would we all be if no one ever followed their passion, their bliss, in spite of and maybe even because of,

the doubts they had or others had?

It never really goes away, sometimes it is not so bad, other times you almost forget, and yet others it is like a knife being slowly turned in your soul.  Years pass, life goes on, and yet in some ways it still stays the same. Would I trade this feeling for never having had you in my life? Not for all the money in the world, ever. In all the worlds not yet discovered and all the races too old to name.  Forgotten for a time was once the common knowledge from whence we all came. Star seed, child of the Universe birthed upon a distant shore.  Silence the mind, to hear the heart, awaken to the call. For we came here with a purpose, a reason for being alive at this cycle of the turning age.  To assist this race of man in remembering the truth of this life they gauge.  Beings of pure light and love, lost in the darkness of struggle and rage.  Upon this time in the age of man, hope has manifested upon this world once more.  Bright beings of light from distant shores, we are bound to you, and this old version of Earth, no more.  So now upon this day so fair we say to you and yours.  Begin to be who you always were, the light of love galore.

Or a tale of complaints, worry and sadness? Somewhere in the middle, maybe. Each day, every one of them, is YOURS to create. Are there things to be done, events that happen, circumstances that show up? Of course, this is LIFE not a rehearsal for a play. Still the only one who can write this story is you, by your actions and reactions, you create the story of your life. Make it one you will want to read. Over and over again.

The power in simply doing the best possible, every day, is overlooked so often, yet is this very stuff that actually does change the world.

Once upon a time way back in the past the belief existed that changing the world in some big, cataclysmic way was necessary. As time went on, dawning was the realization that every big change was made up of small, sometimes even miniscule changes.  The power in simply doing the best possible, every day, is overlooked so often, yet is this very stuff that actually does change the world. So now, often as much desired as greatness, are the small moments, gestures of grace and love that make a persons world a little larger. One person at a time.  That is truly the path to changing the world, the occurring daily world and those whose lives we touch. ♥ Robin ♥

Waiting… We were mothers, once. We raised our babies, did the best we could to give them a safe, warm, happy place to be little.

Waiting…

We were mothers, once.  We raised our babies, did the best we could to give them a safe, warm, happy place to be little.  We cleaned them up, fed them, and watched over them, guiding them to be the best little ones we could.  We taught them all the things they needed to know to be good boys and girls, got them ready to go out into that big, wide world out there and watched as they left, one by one.

 

Until only we were left, waiting.

 

For some reason we will never understand, humans will adopt little baby cats, but overlook us, the not so baby cats.  We all grow up.  That little one will be as big as we are, sooner than you can imagine.  Some of us are really only baby cats ourselves, less than a year on this earth.  Yet already we have been part of a couple, a Mom, seen babies leave, some of us have even seen our babies die, and yet we still wait.  We wait with hope in our hearts and so much love to give.  We will be truly grateful to find that forever home.  If only someone will find it in their heart to give us the chance we deserve. 

 

There is something magical about the bond that develops between an adopted animal and a human being.  That magic is multiplied when the animal has been waiting for love and the human too. Both have a mutual respect, understanding and appreciation for each other.

 

We want to wish all the Mother’s out there a very Happy Mothers Day.  This includes all the Foster Moms, the Father-Moms, anyone who fills the role of “Mom” for a little one.

We also want to ask that you please give us a chance, please consider adopting an older shelter pet, be it a Mom-Cat or not.  We have so much life and love to give. So very much.

So here we sit, still.  Waiting…..

It is not the point, whether or not there was a difference noticed.  You will be the only soul alive that realizes all you may do, or not do.  So taking that into consideration, never disappoint yourself.  In everything do your best, noting more, nothing less.  Realize that your best will fluctuate as the seasons do, sometimes your best may not seem as if it is best.  Set your sights on an inner knowing rather than any outer confirmation.  In our heart of hearts we know when our best has been done.  Listen to your heart, for it is the truest guide you will ever encounter.  It is tapped into the Universal mind.
