Have you ever held sand, in your open hand then made a fist? Then watched as it all ran through your fingers, until all you were left with is a gritty palm? Causing you to realize had you just relaxed and not tried to grip so tightly you would still have a handful of sand? More and more I am coming to realize life is exactly like that. Grip tightly a person, place or situation and it slips away. Whereas by relaxing, letting go and just supporting what you already hold you lose not one grain. Next time I find myself gripping, going to visualize an open palm, relax, release and observe what happens. ♥ Robin ♥
