Tonight is a time for regeneration, for re patterning our thoughts and actions to bring us the best and highest calling we were born for, to manifest in each of our lives. Thank you to all who share, who give, receive and love. Namaste.
Please share this event with friends if you are so inclined. I am a Reiki Master Teacher and will be sending FREE distant Reiki on Thursdays starting at 9:00 PM ET. You do not have to do anything special, be anywhere special, just be open to receive. Other Reiki Practitioners are welcome to join in the sending and of course receiving too. Feel free to post a name on the event wall of a person, place or pet/wild animal or your wild animal pet! All are welcome!!
What is ReiKi? Reiki is the Japanese word for “Spiritual life force energy”. Reiki is not a religion, or a new-age practice but is an ancient healing art from Japan. Reiki practitioners do not heal, they merely act as a channel for this Life force energy.
It is also not intended to take the place of traditional medical practices, but to compliment them.
Reiki will instinctively go where it is needed, Mind, Body and Spirit. It is gentle, non-invasive and free for the soul to refuse at any time. Namaste, Robin L. from Scenick Viewz
Sometimes the true purpose of the day gets lost amongst the other things. The BBQ’s and swimming, the ‘official’ start of summer. Memorial Day her in the USA is more than that. It is a day to remember with love, honor, reverence and gratitude all of those who gave everything so we could continue in peace, for the most part. It is a day to be thankful for all of the men, women and even animals who have ever worn the uniform of a soldier, police man, firefighter. Those brave individuals who find the courage to run into the danger when the rest are running away from it. That is what is celebrated today. Some may think today should be somber whilst remembering those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. I however disagree, and believe that looking down from heaven above are many happy uniformed angels, who while they would rather be physically with their families are nonetheless happy to see them celebrating in freedom, rather than suffering in shackles. So from the heart of this Army Man’s daughter, come two very inadequate words to sum up what the feeling truly is. Thank You. ♥ Robin ♥
Sometimes standing up for what is ‘right’ is not popular, does not win you any friends and can be extremely uncomfortable. I however am unable to sit and just watch, to dissemble and to blow smoke to cover a raging inferno. I never have been and never will be. My father, a veteran of the Korean war, taught me to always speak my truth. In the end you are the only one who has to live with yourself. While he did not agree with war, he did love this country and all the freedoms so many take for granted. He taught his daughter there are important things that need standing up for, and important people sometimes that need standing up to. I have chosen to take that advise to heart, and while my list of true friends may not be as large as some others, I know they are TRULY my friends. So I will continue to stand up for what I believe in, for as long as there is breath in this mortal body to do so. And if you do not understand, and want to walk away, that is fine. I wish you well on your life’s journey. ♥ Robin ♥
Would you hold DaVinci’s hand and say wait, stop, don’t paint today? Can you tell Einstein to just give up, you’re never gonna make it work? Would you look at the Wright brothers and declare flight impossible? NO? Then why do we find it so easy to stop ourselves from doing what we love most, what we believe in that inspires us and makes our heart sing? In you not being YOU the world is deprived of what your unique contribution to the planet is meant to be.
In you not BEING you,you deprive yourself of what miracles cane be made manifest in this world.
Where would we all be if no one ever followed their passion, their bliss, in spite of and maybe even because of,
It never really goes away, sometimes it is not so bad, other times you almost forget, and yet others it is like a knife being slowly turned in your soul. Years pass, life goes on, and yet in some ways it still stays the same. Would I trade this feeling for never having had you in my life? Not for all the money in the world, ever. Some people make an indelible print on your soul, in a good way, and they will never be forgotten, ever. So while the pain does ebb and flow, overall and for the most part what remains are the happy, wonderful memories that are truly priceless. The ones that make you laugh and chase the melancholy away. ♥ Robin ♥
In all the worlds not yet discovered and all the races too old to name. Forgotten for a time was once the common knowledge from whence we all came. Star seed, child of the Universe birthed upon a distant shore. Silence the mind, to hear the heart, awaken to the call. For we came here with a purpose, a reason for being alive at this cycle of the turning age. To assist this race of man in remembering the truth of this life they gauge. Beings of pure light and love, lost in the darkness of struggle and rage. Upon this time in the age of man, hope has manifested upon this world once more. Bright beings of light from distant shores, we are bound to you, and this old version of Earth, no more. So now upon this day so fair we say to you and yours. Begin to be who you always were, the light of love galore.
Today is a day for your creation, a blank slate for which we all will write our story. What will you choose to tell? Will it be a tale of love, happiness and joy? Or a tale of complaints, worry and sadness? Somewhere in the middle, maybe. Each day, every one of them, is YOURS to create. Are there things to be done, events that happen, circumstances that show up? Of course, this is LIFE not a rehearsal for a play. Still the only one who can write this story is you, by your actions and reactions, you create the story of your life. Make it one you will want to read. Over and over again.
