Silence no longer suits the situation, things that are revealed in the absence of noise need to be addressed. Apathy is no longer an acceptable solution to the issues facing our world today. Action is necessary to sustain life on this planet for future generations. We have raped and pillaged this planet to the point of almost no return. Monsters with eight arms and no fear are breeding in the seas, unchecked, due to humans overfishing the waters and killing their natural predators to the point of extinction. On land, very few of the larger mammals, except for humans, are not in danger of extinction in this generation. When will humans walking this earth today wake up? Some have it is true, committed individuals who are banding together to bring about change. But the world needs more, many more, and for the children being born to be educated on the vital necessity of preservation of the earth. Before we turn this paradise into a wasteland, forever. ♥ Robin ♥
The mighty oak can grow from a quarter sized seed, over years, to provide shade, shelter and a home to countless birds and small animals, insects too. Yet in less than 5 minutes this same tree growing for years can be cut down, killed and made into transportable sized logs. I have heard it said that to plant a tree is to have hope in a future. What saying is there when you cut one down?
♥ ♥ ♥ Summer Fairy ♥ ♥ ♥ As the days lengthen her work continues. Over golden fields of wheat she flies, spreading her magic, bringing the crops to ripen. Stopping at a field of sunflowers, she dances on the petals and pollen fills the air like a cloud of yellow sun. Bees trail in her wake, spreading life on their own. Now on to the orchards, turning springs sweet kiss into full, laden branches of delicious fruit. As the sun rises higher in the sky she twirls, golden light reflects off her body; the air shimmers as if in a daze of heat. Laughing, she wonders what is over that hill and rushes off to find out. ♥ ♥ HAPPY SUMMER SOLSTICE TO YOU! ♥ ♥ ♥ Robin ♥ (Image courtesy of Stock Photos on Google)

Beings of pure light and love, lost in the darkness of struggle and rage. Upon this time in the age of man, hope has manifested upon this world once more. Bright beings of light from distant shores, we are bound to you, and this old version of Earth, no more. So now upon this day so fair we say to you and yours. Begin to be who you always were, the light of love galore.
As the rain continues to fall, the sound growing louder with each drop that connects with the earth. At the same time there is a sense of quiet, of renewal of life being given back to the parched land, the dry soil growing moist. There is the scent of clean, green growing life that fills the air with its own magical essence. One can almost feel the plants, the animals reaching up towards the heavens in gratitude and acceptance of this life giving rain, this gift that is so necessary to survival for all beings. As the earth washes herself clean so must we human beings, wash away the dust of dry, parched thoughts of limitation and lack. In doing thus we make room the the abundance to blossom, as the flowers do after the rain. See the earth, if you listen to her, knows many secrets, teaches many lessons to her children. It is our job to be open and accepting, to grow and learn, to let the old fall away to reveal our new growth to the warming rays of the sun. To blossom and fill the air with the sweetness of our soul’s being, and to inspire others to do the same. ♥ Robin ♥
Scratch, scratch, scratch…Ooohhh the itching of this shedding bark. Come bears, rub yourselves against my trunk and relieve us both of our suffering. Small insects, your feet feel like a massage as you traverse the length of my limbs. Your light touch fills me with a feeling of warm connectedness. Deep underground, worms come play amongst my roots creating new pathways for moisture and nourishment to travel up my spine. Birds nest in my sheltering branches precious new life is born in my boughs. The pleasure is mine to watch the first flight of these small ones. Leaves are the visible symbols of my joy, stretching high towards the clouds, Ooohh how I love being a Tree!! ~ Ode to the Tree ♥ Robin ♥
Your snow capped peaks beckon, I hear your sirens call in the wind. Once this sacred ground was walked upon forever changed was my soul. Energy abounds, amazingly felt in the very rocks that make you irresistible. Never the same, the light plays dancing shadow games with your beauty, making each moment magical. In awe and wonder, holding you in my heart and mind until my eyes gaze upon your beauty once more. ♥ Robin ♥
